A little reassurance about stock...

We’re sorry if what you’re looking for isn’t available right now, getting items in stock is proving tricky during these times. Our team are working closely with our suppliers to ensure more stock will arrive soon. On our product pages you can sign up to be notified by email as soon as your desired item is back in stock.


£4.25 delivery when you spend £85 or over; £5.85 for orders under £85. Items that are in stock will be with you in up to 3 working days (please allow up to 10 days for deliveries to Highlands and Islands). Please note deliveries may arrive between 7am and 7pm.

Your order may arrive separately depending on the product and availability, however this single charge applies even if your order requires several separate deliveries.

EXPRESS DELIVERY (Up to 2 working days) £7.95

If you'd like your order to arrive more quickly, you can select our Express Delivery service; this means your parcel will arrive within 2 working days, as long as the items are in stock and that you order before 5pm.

Due to increased pressures on the carriers as a result of the coronavirus outbreak, they will no longer be giving two hour time slots on deliveries.

If you'd like your order to arrive on a particular day, you can select “Name The Day” at the checkout and specify a delivery day. We will also send you an email and a text message with a 2 hour delivery window.

We only ask that it be within seven days of when you placed your original order.

If you'd like your order to arrive on a particular day before 12:00pm, you can choose a delivery day for an extra £3 on top of the name the day delivery charge; we only ask that it be within seven days of when you placed your original order. This service is not available for Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Islands of the Channel Islands - Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark, Herm, Jethou and Brecqhou (Brechou) are charged £12.95 for delivery and can take up to 10 working days. 


Many of our products are available for delivery to international destinations as long as they are in stock; please check product 'Delivery' tab to see which products are available.

Postage & packaging costs are calculated in the checkout basket and are dependent on the package dimensions, weight and delivery location.

Transit time is normally within seven working days (UK working days are Monday to Friday). However this estimate is based on deliveries to major cities; please allow a few extra days for more remote destinations.

Our standard bed delivery time scale can vary according to stock levels, and may be longer in certain areas. Please check the relevant product page for the most up-to-date lead times.

After placing your order...

You will be contacted by a member of our delivery team to arrange a date for delivery. We will aim to provide a two-hour time slot for delivery and will do our best to contact you on the day of delivery if for any reason we are delayed. When we call to arrange delivery, we will also ask you for details of a suitable location for the delivery van to park.

Before taking delivery...

Please be sure to measure entrances and doorways so that you can be confident the goods can be carried through them; delivery is to the room of your choice but this is subject to accessibility. We would also ask that entrances are cleared and fragile items are removed from the hallway/stairs to prevent any accidental damage during the transit of large pieces of furniture through your home.

Bed Assembly

When our delivery & assembly partners attend your property we will kindly ask you to maintain a 2 metre social distance from the team. The following guidelines and procedures have been put in place to ensure safety of both staff and customers:

1. Please let us know as soon as possible if anyone in the household is showing any symptoms of Covid-19/has been asked to shield/is self-isolating or in quarantine (as per government guidelines) so that we can reschedule the assembly.

2. Secure parking will be required for approximately 2 hours so please let us know in advance of any restrictions/parking issues on your street.

3. The room the item is being assembled in must be clean, cleared as much as possible and well ventilated where possible.

4. The assembly team will wear a mask upon entry to the property but will remove this once they begin work on assembly (nobody else should be in the room at the time).

We hope you’re delighted with everything you buy from us, but we do understand that you may need to return things sometimes.

So if you're not happy with something you receive from us for any reason, you can return it at our cost, for a refund. You can use our Free Returns service from anywhere in the UK excluding the Republic of Ireland; just make sure you return your order unused within 30 days of the despatch date.

Please note the following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:

  • Personalised products
  • Self-assembly items which have been assembled or part-assembled are excluded unless they are damaged or faulty
