Currently our customer service telephone lines are very busy, but our team are working exceptionally hard to handle your questions and queries. You can check on the status of your order by creating an account, if you haven’t already, and logging in on our website to view your recent orders.
To allow our team members to self-isolate and care for family members where necessary, we have reduced our customer service opening hours. For the time being, our team will now be available from 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday.
