30 NIGHT COMFORT TRIAL

Relax. All our mattresses come with a 5 year workmanship warranty from the day of delivery, but we know that comfort is just as important as quality. That's why we're giving you 30 nights to try out your new mattress at home; you can remove the plastic wrapping, you just need to pop on a mattress protector (for obvious reasons) and some cosy sheets.

If you or your child aren't happy with your new mattress, call or email our Customer Service team within 30 nights of delivery and we'll arrange a return.

But before you proceed, there are a couple of things you need to bear in mind:

- The 30 Night Comfort Trial is non-transferable and can only be used by one customer; for one purchase. If you wish to return or exchange your mattress but you've already had a return or exchange using this offer; then our standard terms and conditions will apply. Full details can be found here.

Please also be aware that we may reduce your refund if we feel that the value of the mattress has been reduced by the following:

* Wear and tear (including staining, marking or soiling)

* Damage through wilful neglect, poor storage (it's not designed to be folded up or stored outside) or misuse (it's not designed to be a trampoline either)

* Rusting or corrosion caused by exposure to water or weather

* Damage due to fire, smoke or infestation by animals or insects

* Alterations or repairs made by third parties other than GLTC
