Instructions

    • 250g plain yoghurt
    • 60g cup mixed berries
    • 30g cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts)
    • 1 tbsp chia seeds
    • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or small silicone moulds.

Freeze for 2-3 hours or until solid.

Pop the frozen bites out of the moulds and enjoy!
