ROI & International Delivery

We are temporarily unable to accept any new orders for delivery to the Republic of Ireland. We are working on a fix for this and hope to be able to resume this service soon. In the meantime we would like to apologise to our loyal Irish customers. We are grateful for your loyalty and look forward to being able to deliver to you again very soon.

All products that are available for international delivery are labelled 'International delivery available' under the Delivery section on the product page. Product prices include VAT, please contact us after placing your order and we can refund this.

Postage & packaging costs are calculated in the checkout and are dependent on the package dimensions, weight and delivery location.

Transit time is normally within 7 working days (UK working days are Monday to Friday), however this estimate is based on deliveries to major cities; please allow a few extra days for more remote destinations.

Please note all our products are tested to UK safety standards.

Rest of World Delivery Prices

Delivery to anywhere else in the world (see below) will cost from £50 to £375. All prices exclude VAT.

*Please note a Customs Registration Number (CRN) must be provided for all orders being delivered to China. Please forward your order confirmation email to with a note of the CRN after placing your order. Unfortunately we can’t ship any orders to China without this number.

Paying for your International Order

All charges are made in pounds sterling, using Visa, Mastercard, Amex or PayPal.

The price paid for products include VAT. Postage costs exclude VAT.

Changing, Cancelling or Returning an Order

If you wish to amend an international order you need to cancel the original order and place a new one; please contact our Customer Services team for advice. However, please be aware that orders are prepared and despatched very quickly by our warehouse, so in the event that we are unable to cancel an order for you, you will need to follow the returns procedure below.

To return items, please package them securely and send the parcel back to GLTC Returns, Phase 1, Prolog, Annesley, Nottingham, NG15 0DJ. We are not able to refund postage paid on returns from international destinations, if the items are faulty, damaged or not as described on arrival please contact customer care.

Please note all refunds are processed in pounds sterling and subject to prevailing exchange rates; the converted value of the refund may therefore be different to that of the original order.

Refunds are paid within 5 days of receipt of parcels into our warehouse, but you may need to allow up to 10 days for your payment provider to process the refund transaction back to you.

Import Duty Payment

Some orders delivered to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to additional taxes, fees, levies or other charges, subject to local legislation. The recipient of the order is responsible for these fees and is required to make payment where asked by local customs. When ordering goods to be delivered to someone other than yourself, please ensure they are aware they are responsible for these additional charges. These charges vary by destination so we are unable to provide information about these charges at the point of order. We would advise you to check the applicable import charges when ordering for delivery to non-UK destinations.

Furthermore in the event that goods are subsequently returned, we are unable to refund any duties, taxes, fees or any other levies imposed by the local customs and excise at the parcel destination.
