Excellent communication and fast delivery
I am very happy with you however I was disappointed with the delivery company. I wrote for the parcel to be left by the back door if we were out, it clearly said that on the package. However they left it with an elderly neighbour who can be difficult so they ignored my instructions which has left me unimpressed with the online service. Sorry to feedback negatively.
So easy to order. Very quickly delivered.
When product arrived it was damaged. Glt sent another ítem and it arrived the very next day. Excellent.
Excellent service. Fast delivery.
Excellent service very quick delivery.
I love GLTC and have recommended the company to my children who now also use GLTC. I have bought their toys and equipment for use at the Nursery that I manage but unfortunately the majority of toys do not stand up to the rigours of disadvantaged children who are very heavy on toys and equipment. The toys I have bought for my grandchildren or for presents have always been of excellent quality and still look good after many years of play.
Farm awaited (but advised on delay at time of order, which is fine).
Great service & quality - kept well informed on order status.
They actually are in a box calling them "farm family". They look the same, just not the name I was expecting. I would have been in trouble if my granddaughter could read!!
