GLTC's Reply - Thank you for your feedback.
I am sorry to hear that your Radio Flyer Wagon arrived with some chips and dents in it, this is certainly not of the quality we would expect from our suppliers so we have therefore passed your comments to our quality control team for review. I can see that you have now spoken to my colleague who has sorted this for you. Should you need any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best Wishes GLTC.
Bit sad that the main metal body had a few small dents in but was needed so didn't return , sure I would have had a good response though
could do with padded seats
I absolutely love this wagon. I only put it together yesterday and my son hasn't stopped playing with it. The primary use will be to take to football tournaments with my older children to transport my 3 year old son, coolbags, umbrellas, chair etc etc etc. I would like to see GLTC stock the accessories as they seem to be hard to come by in this country; seat pad, canopy etc
Assembled easily, good quality. I just know our 9 month old son is going to enjoy using the wagon for all sorts as he grows up!
Lovely good quality fun item the only niggle was that one of the screws was stuck inside another small part in transit and it took about 20 mins just to get it out.
