11-Jun-2013	Excellent	Mix-up on website meant that gltc tried to deliver to the wrong address. Took a little sorting out, with a pleasant real person, but re-delivered express delivery free.

03-Apr-2013	Excellent	I was impressed with the service once I had got over a problem trying to order on line. I spoke to a member of staff who was extremely helpful and gave excellent service then all was sorted.The Pirate ship arrived within 2 days and our Grandson loves it so success all round .
11-Feb-2013	Excellent	Pirate ship is brilliant. Sturdily built and strong. My four year old and three year old grandchildren love it. They especially like being able to drop the back panel to put things into the main hold of the ship.
