Price Match Promise

What it means for YOU as a customer is that if you find something we sell cheaper elsewhere we’ll match that price; we work hard not only to find products that add genuine value to family life, but also to make sure that we sell those products at the best possible price with the best possible customer service.

We only ask that the overall service offered by the retailer in question is similar to our own (by that we mean things like free returns on everything, speed of delivery, installation or assembly services, and readily available customer support). We’re even happy to match sale prices of our competitors, although unfortunately we can’t match prices from auction sites or retailers that are in administration or closing down; nor can we match prices from overseas retailers.

Our Price Match Promise also extends to things you’ve already bought from us; we’ll refund the difference between prices for up to seven days after you’ve received your purchase from GLTC.

Simply email us at customercare@gltc.co.uk  with the following details:

  • The product
  • The retailer (including their web address)
  • The price (including the cost of delivery)
  • The best telephone number for us to reach you on

We’ll get back to you within 1 working day with a response to your claim, and if we find that the item is indeed cheaper (and in stock) elsewhere we’ll give you a call to take your order.
