31-Mar-2013	Good	I ordered a sofa estimated delivery date 4-6 weeks. I was not given any updates to let me know when the delivery was likely to be and after the 6 weeks I had to email you to find out what was happening. I received a prompt email to tell me they would find out. Meanwhile it was delivered anyway and then I was emailed to say it would arrive a week after it had already been delivered! Very chaotic!
