14-Jun-2013	Poor	Sorry to give a poor rating - average would be better. The quality of the hair brush for instance was really poor. A childs hair brush with quality bristles it was was not and to put a name on it surely is not that expensive for a company like GLT. The pencil case looked like something made by a small child and again the cost does not represent the quality. The pink box and pencils look more special for a gift but again pricing is too high. 30-Mar-2013	Excellent	Good quality pencils that sharpen well (ie lead or wood bit doesn't snap when sharpened).
10-Feb-2013	Poor	Unfortunately, I had to have both sets of pencils redone due to poor letter-spacing in one case and a spelling error in the other. The quality of the pencils was not as good as I had anticipated and the printing also inconsistent. GLTC's Reply - Thank you for your kind comments about our customer care team.
